Full time DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Working on a two-person crew to solve leaks and perform small to medium size repair projects.
Assists in identifying the source of roof leaks and provides a repair scope of work for our estimators.
Finds solutions to installation issues or unique installation environments using manufacture field installation guides and approved details.
Introduces and represents himself to customer/owner/tenant in a courteous and professional manner.
Assists with emergency service calls several times throughout the year.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in roofing or general construction.
Strong and efficient work ethic.
Team player orientation.
Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external parties.
Precise in communicating properly in a way all can understand clearly.
Must be organized and systematic in work.
Positive, polite.
Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, cooperative, and have a high energy level.
Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary Clean driving record Job Type:
